- Investment Tickets ranging from 5 to 15M CHF, with a preference for minority stakes (25 to 30% of enterprise value).
- Flexible Investment Structures tailored to each transaction, including: Equity, Quasi-equity, Preferred Equity, Convertible Bonds, Mezzanine, Unitranche, or Junior Debt.

Exit Strategy
- Exit through resale to an investment fund, via an LMBO (Leveraged Management Buyout), or through an industrial sale, within a 5 to 7-year horizon.
